Nicky Ingham & Associates

Inspiring change through people

Nicky Ingham and Associates is a values driven organisation, with skills in all aspects of the people profession, supporting individuals, teams and groups within, and across organisations, to realise their full potential. Specialist areas include Organisational Development, ranging from individual one to one working, to teams within and across systems.  This includes teams at every level, supporting them to work effectively, building a collective approach to ensure organisational and system success.

Passionate about coaching, which is a large part of what we do, we coach individuals, teams and groups across all sectors and are agile in our approach to ensure best value for money through face to face coaching, telephone or virtual platforms.  In addition, we offer coaching supervision to practicing coaches, both on an individual and group basis, to provide a supportive environment with which to test their skills and share their ‘wicked’ challenges.

Finally, we are experienced and award-winning facilitators of people engagement within and across large organisations and systems, demonstrating the key links between engagement and improvements in productivity, efficiency and delivery. We also provide mediation where organisations need to support their workforce.
